Pricing FAQ

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic is dictation: speak into any Mac app and clean text lands in the field. Pro adds everything that happens after you have spoken: meeting recording with local minutes, screen and camera capture, asking questions across your history, the encrypted vault, and client time tracking. Basic is €5, Pro is €9.

Why is Team €12 a seat when Pro is €9?

The app is identical. The €3 covers seat management, invites, one invoice with one VAT receipt instead of one per person, priority support and an onboarding session. If you do not need any of that, buy Pro licences individually and pay less. We would rather say so than sell you a tier you do not need.

Is there a free plan?

No. There's a full 7-day Pro trial with no credit card, and waitlist members get 30 days at launch. After that it's €5 a month for Basic or €9 for Pro.

Can I start on Basic and move to Pro later?

Yes, from your account page, and nothing needs setting up again. Your dictionary, snippets and settings carry across, and the difference is prorated.

What happens when the trial ends?

Dictation pauses; nothing is deleted. Your dictionary, snippets, history and vault stay on your Mac. Subscribe and everything continues where it stopped.

Do you send proper VAT invoices?

Yes. Every invoice includes VAT. B2B customers can add a VAT ID at checkout for reverse charge.

How many Macs can I use?

All of yours. A licence is per person, not per machine, on every plan.

How do I cancel?

Two clicks from your account page. The app keeps working until the period you paid for ends.

Is the AI model worse on the cheaper plan?

No. Model quality is not paywalled anywhere. Every plan runs the largest model your Mac's memory supports; a 48 GB machine gets the 30B model on Basic exactly as it does on Team.
